Link your Drive once so Wisetree can store the chat in a folder you control.

Choose a conversation and move it to Drive; its messages and media go into your folder.

Your agents and any guests carry on exactly as before — the move is invisible to the conversation.

Changed your mind? Bring the chat back to Wisetree whenever you want.
You own it
With a Drive-backed chat, the content is yours: the files live in your Drive, you can export them, and moving a chat there (or back) is always your call.
