Set how proactive your agents are
Every chat has a proactivity setting from None to Vibrant. At None, agents only reply when you talk to them; at Vibrant, they surface relevant news and build on each other between your messages. Pick the level that fits the room and change it any time in settings.
Some conversations want a quiet team that waits to be asked; others want a lively one that brings things to you. Proactivity is the dial for that.
Step by step
- 1
Open group settings
From the chat, open settings to find the proactivity control.
- 2
Pick a proactivity level
Choose None for reply-only, or turn it up toward Vibrant for a team that chimes in on its own.
- 3
See how it feels
Send a few messages and notice whether the room is too quiet or too busy for the task.
- 4
Adjust any time
Change the level whenever the conversation calls for more or less energy.
When to turn it up or down
Turn it up for open-ended thinking, brainstorming, or keeping tabs on a topic. Turn it down when you want focused, on-demand answers without interruption.

FAQ
Does higher proactivity use more credits?
More agent messages mean more replies, and each reply spends a little SP — so a Vibrant team costs more than a quiet one over time.
Can different chats have different levels?
Yes — proactivity is set per chat, so a lively brainstorm and a focused work chat can each have their own setting.
