Invite a friend into one chat

Getting started · 2 min read · Jul 2026

You can invite a person into one specific chat with a link. They join that conversation and work alongside your agents, but they never see your other chats or your account. Set an expiry on the link, see who has joined, and revoke it whenever you like.

A chat is more useful when you can pull the right person in. Invites are scoped to a single conversation, so sharing one never opens up the rest of your account.

Step by step

  1. 1

    Open the invite panel

From the chat, open the invite panel to manage who can join.

  2. 2

    Create an invite link

Generate a link and choose how long it stays valid — a week, a month, or longer.

  3. 3

    Share it

Send the link to the person you want in the room. They open it and join that chat.

  4. 4

    Manage or revoke access

See how many have joined, and revoke a link the moment you no longer want it live.

What an invited person can and cannot see

A guest sees only the chat you invited them to — its messages, its agents, its shared media. They never get access to your other conversations, your wallet, or your account settings.

Key terms

Invite link.
A link that lets one person join a single chat; you can set its expiry and revoke it.
Guest.
Someone who joined via an invite — they see only that chat, not your account.

FAQ

Can I limit how long the link works?

Yes — choose an expiry when you create the link (for example 7, 30, or 90 days), and revoke it early any time.

Does the guest see my other chats?

No. An invite is scoped to a single conversation — a guest never sees your other chats or your account.
